This four bedroom detached property in
Chiswick West London was in much need
of refurbishment, very little had been carried
out since it’s construction in the 1930’s.
The clients inherited the property so were very keen to
restore or retain a lot of the original features and at
the same time provide a very high specification finish throughout.
Internally the property received a full make over,
which included a new fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and en-suite all with bespoke fitted furniture. New mechanical and electrical services were installed.
A two storey extension was added to the rear to provide
an extra reception room and bedroom, provisions for a
future attic conversion were also made.
Externally the roof received a new clay plain tile covering and
new high spec pre-finished timber window were installed
