This grade ll listed apartment on Fleet Street, Central London was in much need of updating and re-modelling, as it’s layout was not making the best use of the space.

Works involved alterations to the layout so the kitchen which was situated in the middle of the apartment could be relocated to the unused bedroom at the rear of the apartment. This provided more natural light and made the most of the excellent views over the London Skyline.

Complete refurbishment of the master bathroom included fitting of high specification sanitary ware and installing a feature bath to the master bedroom.

All works were completed while the client remained in full occupation and delivered to a very high standard.

Fitted Kitchen with seamless Corian work surfaces and light blue glass splash backs.

Wall hung WC and basin with mosaic casing behind, fully tiled walls and floor

Relocated kitchen now provides view across
London skyline
